California Adventure Club Application
Joining the California Adventure Club is easy. Fill out the form below (as complete as possible) and click the “Submit” button at the bottom. One of our organizing members will be in contact within 24 hours, to answer all your question.
Initial Dues $35.00, includes first years dues, club vest pin, and club vehicle pennant. The first 225 members to join will receive a special charter member vest pin and after being a member for 10 years dues are fully paid up for charter members.
